What is Shop by Debut?
Shop is a vendor system that focuses on brand building, main store sales, and customer engagement.For the past 10 years, Shop has successfully powered large stores such as Lelutka, Maitreya and Riot to name a few, my own brands like Jian, as well as past brands like Blueberry.Brand building because all of your customer interactions are through your branding and not Debut's. Your customer's personal pages happen through your own custom domain, with your logos and descriptive text.Main store sales because beyond scripted vendors and a delivery system, you're provided product management features that helps you scale into the tens of thousands of products, staff sizes of just you or a dozen with quick customer support features, detailed analytics and logs to measure it all, and more.Customer engagement because of storewide discounts, opportunities to earn credit via bonuses for loyalty, free product rewards and coupons for meeting variable criteria (New account? Made more than 10 purchases? Gifted more than 5? Spent more than L$10,000? etc.)

Getting started
This guide is for first time users of Shop. We'll be creating a brand from scratch and doing some first time setup.If you're an existing user of Shop I would recommend instead checking out Common Workflows. Otherwise, let's get started!
First, visit us in-world by clicking this SLurl.Once there, you'll notice this interactable object pictured on the right. It has a few areas you can click.
For this guide, click I'm new to create an account and receive a package with the scripts you need.The other areas are explained by the object in-world.
Your first sign-in
Once your account is created, you'll receive a magic link to sign in. So for our first login, you'll actually have skipped this page, but whenever you need to sign in again, visit here and enter your username to receive another magic link.
Create your brand
Once signed in, you'll arrive at the brand selection page.You're able to own multiple brands, be apart of the staff of multiple brands that other's own, and freely switch between any of them at any time.
For this demo, we'll use an avatar named 'beaubump' who'll create a new brand called 'Beaucoup Bumpkin'.
Tour the dashboard
As owner of the new brand, your homepage will be the Overview page. Overview has a few filterable analytics showing your brand's overall performance.The dashboard is broken up into six major sections; Dashboard, Support, Manage, Promotions, In-world and Administration.For the sake of keeping this guide brief, we won't go into every link of every section, but we'll describe the purpose of each section in brief before continuing.
Dashboard has the above described Overview page.There's also Purchases with a filterable, running log of all historical purchases.Deliveries with all completed deliveries as well as those still pending or failed for any reason.Refunds that shows auto-refunded double purchases, as well as those manually issued by you.Splits that shows all splits made to partners that you've setup.
Support is built to help you and your staff quickly assist customers with common problems. Here you'll find the ability to Add and Redeliver Purchases, Adjust Credits and Manage Customers in other ways.
Manage gives you finer grain and control over your most important moving parts; Products, Customers, Locations and Gift Cards.
Migration
What is Debut? What is Shop?
Debut is the name of my scripting brand. Shop is the name of the vendor system it provides. This just brands and replaces Ashur's vendor system.After nearly 10 years of operating a vendor system that was initially built to replace E2V in a hurry, I've built an upgrade that focuses on the ways we operate our stores in better ways.At the time of this writing (August '26), the new system has been stable running my own personal brands and other brands such as Lelutka for a couple of months now with plenty of feedback and issue squashing.
Uh oh.
First, if you'd like to continue operating the vendor system you have now, you may continue with no changes other than price and how payments are made.Some of you have been on the vendor system for close to 10 years, and in that time, hosting costs have crept up along with L$ and USD related fees.Going forward the old vendor system will cost L$20,000 a month and will require payment via a scripted object I will provide; similar to popular blogger systems.As always, I can provide data exports to anyone that'd like to explore other vendor systems instead, but I invite you to take a look at Shop!
What's new? What's the same?
Each brand still receives separate database resources as to not hamper one another's performance.Each brand is still completely white labelled to their customers, who'll only ever see your branding and never Debut's.One significant change however is that you the owner and your staff will login at a new admin dashboard that allows one person to own or be apart of multiple brands. You and your staff will only need one login to manage any number of brands.The new admin dashboard comes with better analytics, and a lot of features centered around building and running main stores.Store-wide sales still exist as Discounts.Rewards are new and allow you to give free items to customers that meet specified criterias.Bonuses are like your existing standard and group credit bonuses on each purchase, except now you can flexibly change when those bonuses trigger, and to whom they trigger for.Coupons worth L$ rebates, credit bonuses or free products can be generated and codes given as prizes, to bloggers or for whatever reason you'd like to.Better automations like refunding double purchases, splitting, and providing your support staff with a limited set of tools to help customers have also been extended and improved.
How do I migrate?
I first invite you to read the regular new user FAQ and guide, and to try a free demo. If you like it enough to want to migrate, the next step will be setting up a time with me (ashur.constantine) to help you move your data and scripts over.You can expect the in-world process to last maybe 30 minutes to a couple of hours depending on how many vendors you have, but there'll be migration scripts available to help ease the process (you won't have to manually swap out each script).
What's the cost?
The new monthly subscription fee will be L$30,000. There'll be no setup or migration fee.
